There are so many alums that I want to be like. I knew many Mount Holyoke alums who were wonderful and told me that they developed so many leadership skills and grew in confidence. At the time, I didn't think community was that important to me, but now that I am a student, it has shaped my entire experience. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

My advice to prospective students is...

My advice to students is that the best way to put a good foot forward in your application is to truly show the admission staff who you are and how you would be a valuable asset to the community. Do not feel discouraged; everything will work out the way it is supposed to. Take care of your mental health!

Gracious Dinner is a surprise fancy dinner in the dining hall. There are three each year, and I always feel that they are placed at the perfect times throughout the year. I love this tradition so much because it is a perfect opportunity to eat a really good meal with all of your friends.
