I chose Mount Holyoke College because...

When I visited Mount Holyoke's campus it just felt right! I loved that people were so passionate about so many different things. It felt like a space I belonged in!

My favorite class is...

A class I took called "Queer Mapping." We learned QGIS software, and spent a lot of time geeking out about queer history and spaces. I created a map of transgender affirming healthcare providers in states with a lot of anti-transgender legislature. Additionally, the professor's research was so interesting to hear about!

My advice to prospective students is...

Yes, choosing a college is a big decision, but it will not make or break the rest of your life. Some people find the perfect college for them on their first tour while others might transfer before finding somewhere they really fit. Both of those paths are amazing and can teach you many valuable lessons. Know that regardless of the path you take, things will work out for you!

My favorite MHC tradition is...

Pangy day! I love being outside with friends on a beautiful spring day. It is so magical to see the smiles on everyone's faces as we all have a wonderful celebration together.
