My favorite class is...

Body and Gender in Religious Traditions or Global Modernism! The former is of course a religion class that covers many issues relating to body and gender, such as transphobia, ableism, and physical ritual. The latter focuses on different modern art movements, including German, French and Mexican.

I chose Mount Holyoke College because...

I loved that they continue to be a very progressive and leading college. They were the first of the Seven Siblings and have continued with their original purpose while becoming a more welcoming, uplifting and inclusive environment.

My advice to prospective students is...

Don't be afraid to reach out to colleges! Ask questions, take tours if possible, meet with current students. Applying for colleges is confusing and this is going to be your place for the next few years, so you want to find the perfect place for you.

My favorite MHC tradition is...

Pangy Day! The weather is starting to feel beautiful again, the food is great, and everyone is excited for the summer. There's so many fun crafts and events and it's a chance to wear your most favorite outfit.
