My favorite MHC tradition is...

Mountain Day or Founder's Day! I love the excitement and energy of waking early in the morning and climbing up a mountain on a surprise day and eating ice cream at the top making fun memories.

My advice to prospective students is...

Be open to new experiences and try new things! When coming to Mount Holyoke College, I did my best to step out of my comfort zone. It allowed me to meet my closest friends and I'm so grateful that I pushed myself!

My favorite class is...

Indigenous Narrative Through Children's Literature. In this class we were able to write our own children's book by working with 4th graders in the local schools and interview community members who were Indigenous.

I chose Mount Holyoke College because...

of the welcoming, passionate, and supportive community. Every single person that I talked to during my application process was so open and kind to me. They showed me what it meant to be apart of a supportive community and every day I hope to give that back to future Mount Holyoke Students.
