Mountain Day! I love the spontaneity and it is really amazing how it brings the community together.
A tie between Vertebrate Anatomy and Renaissance/Baroque Dance. I love the hands-on lab work in anatomy, but it has been a lot of fun trying a completely new skill with dance!
I wanted a collaborative liberal arts school with a strong STEM program. Mount Holyoke was one of the first colleges I looked at seriously, but I kept comparing every school to it afterwards and knew that this was the place. Everything I learned about Mount Holyoke and everyone I interacted with made me fall in love with the college, so I applied Early Decision II. I applied to college during the pandemic (I was so nervous that maybe I had made the wrong choice), but everyday since I have known that this was where I was meant to be.
Ask student admissions ambassadors all of the questions. Everyone who works in this office is very passionate about Mount Holyoke and have many different experiences with the college experience. If the person you are talking with doesn’t know the answer, they can connect you with someone else who can!
